- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:00.
Check-out time is by 11:00 the next day for guest staying at glamping villas and by 10:00 the next day for guest staying at lodges.

- Is there a cancellation fee?
- We charge 50% of the total amount for cancellation by 30 days before your scheduled arrival and 100% of the total amount by 7 days before your scheduled arrival.

- What payment methods are available?
- We accept cash and credit cards.

- What amenities are available?
- Toothbrushes, cotton pads, cotton swabs, hairbrushes, razors, body towels, shower caps, cleansing oil, and nightwear (shirt gowns) are available.
We do not have bedclothes for children, so please bring your own.

- Yes, you can. You can use the kitchen, living room, and dining area of each room to enjoy the original BBQ by bringing in your favorite ingredients.

- Can I bring my own BBQ stove?
- We are sorry that it is not allowed to bring in any fire equipment. Please use the charcoal BBQ grills(approximately 2 kg of charcoal, free of charge)provided.
